So, Go a bit healthy this Holi and try these appetizing snacks.
· Baked Gujiyas
Now you can replace those fried gujiyas with these super healthy baked gujiyas. For the filling part, you can use jaggery in place of sugar. All these things make them healthy and you can munch on them without any guilt.
· Methi – Mathi
These are made by using chickpea flour (besan) and adding some spinach (palak) and fenugreek (methi) leaves. It is a good source of iron and proteins.
· Moong Dal Dahi Vada

It is one of the popular Holi snacks. The traditional Tikki is prepared from mashed potatoes which contain high calories. But no problem now you can prepare the Tikki with beetroots, carrots, and paneer all these are healthy for your body. You can stir fry the Tikki instead of deep-frying them.
· Almond Rose Rabri
Rabri is a sweet dish, made from milk, and is loved by many people. For making it healthy you can use skimmed milk or almond milk to prepare it. This milk has low calories than whole milk. Add nuts to it as they have low-carb and high-protein value. You can replace the sugar with jaggery for sweetness.
