· Eat-Stop-Eat method
It involves a 24-hour fast once or twice a week. It involves fasting from one day to dinner the next day. Coffee, water is allowed in fasting but no solid food is allowed.
· Alternate-day fasting method
It involves fasting every alternate day. Only 500 calories are allowed on fasting days. It is not recommended for beginners as it is hard to fast every other day.
· The warrior diet method
The warrior diet involves eating small amounts of raw fruits and vegetables during the day and eating a huge meal at night.
· Spontaneous meal skipping
The simple way of intermittent fasting is to skip meals from time to time. This is the best way to do fasting.
Intermittent fasting is the best tool for weight loss and it works on many people. You do not need to follow some very hard dieting or fasting methods. Now you can follow one of the above methods and lose weight at home.
