Every now and then we come across many days which we have long days along with pressure and work and it can be really hard to calm down and relax your body after the whole day!

- Meditation/Yoga
Meditating for 5 minutes or doing yoga can help a lot. It can increase your mental, spiritual and physical health and also ensures that your body can relax. All this will ultimately help you in relieving stress.

- Sleeping
Sleep is an important part of daily life, not taking some sleep time for at least 8 hours can make your long workday feel worse than usual. You can also become prone to problems like stress.

Taking a nap for 8 hours should be a compulsory criterion to calm down after a long day at work.

The easiest way of calming down your body instantly is taking a bath or a shower! Running water feels like it seems to remove stress from the body and flushes out negative thoughts while we are in the shower.

Engaging in some activities whether it is a fun game or a TV Series you really like or doing something which you enjoy indeed makes you relax and forget about work place problems and stress.

Every day at work you are working on laptops and that makes you tired then why engage in mobile phones? Do not engage with mobile phones until you get rid of all your stress. It will ultimately lead to strain in the eyes.
