Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi seems all ready to rock the cinema with its thriller action on 30th April. Sooryavanshi is a Hindi language action thriller film starring Akshay Kumar in the titular character opposite Katrina Kaif. The fourth installment of Shetty’s Cop Universe, also features Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Niharica Raizada, Jackie Shroff, Sikandar Kher, Nikitin Dheer, Vivan Bhatena, and Javed Jaffrey who star in supporting roles, while Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh reprise their roles of Singham and Simmba from the franchise’s previous films. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty, produced by Karan Johar under the Production companies like Reliance Entertainment, Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films.
In this movie, Akshay Kumar plays the role of DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, the chief of Anti-Terrorism Squad. Following the anticipation and excitement among fans already, the Box Office Collection Sooryavanshi film is predicted to climb 25 Crore and they 1st day collection over the 200-250 crore club. Sooryavanshi was announced in December 2018 through post-credit scenes of Simmba. The first look posters featuring Akshay Kumar were unveiled in March 2019, unlike old entries in the series, Sooryavanshi isn’t based on any existing work, but an original story. Initially, the movie was scheduled to be released on 24 March 2020.
Earlier rumours had it that Sooryavanshi might have an OTT release soon after Laxmii. However, the makers of the film confirmed the claims to be wrong by announcing the postpone of the film since they wanted the audience to enjoy the film on a big screen to take a sip of action and thrill sound effects after a huge pandemic break.
According to the trailer and soon after the announcement of the film, Sooryavanshi was a hot topic since then. The excitement and curiously is unmeasurable among the guests to watch a multi-starrer action film after a long quarantine vacation. Being a Shatty film, it is also diced up with some comedy and served with a touch of romance. The film is soon to be released on 30th April and along with the filmmakers, everyone else is waiting to hear the outcome of the most awaited movie of the year.
