with a set of 3.
4) The Jaw Flex.
Tilt your head towards ceiling and move your lower lip over upper lip, hold it for 10 to 15
seconds and repeat for 10 times. Well while it looks hilarious to see and do, try it because
you won’t be disappointed.
5) Jaw Release
The easiest one is the jaw release sit comfortably and pretend to chew by firmly moving
your jaw, breathe through your nose and repeat for some time.
