Mornings are a beautiful time. The sun is out, and everything seems bright and positive. How we start our day, mostly has a great impact on what we do throughout the day. If our morning is haphazard the day might turn out to be that way and this could even leave you with feelings of anxiety and stress.
Practicing these basic habits can make a larger impact on your mental and physical health – leaving you to cherish every moment of your life even more.
- 10 minutes to yourself – When you wake up in the morning, your body is full of energy and at the same time it is very calm and composed. Investing 10 minutes in the morning for concentrating on your breathing, practicing deep breathing, and feeling your body chakras opening is a great way to start the day. This would make you very bright and full of hope.
- Self Affirmations – Affirming yourself that “You are wonderful. You are loved. You will conquer your dreams. You will eat healthily. You will be bright and optimistic.” sends so many powerful vibrations that you start becoming very strong mentally, physically, and emotionally.
- 30 min of cardio – Cardio exercises in the morning make for a strong healthy individual. It makes you feel light and makes you sweat making your body high on endorphins. As we all, already know, Endorphins trigger a positive feeling and you remain happy throughout the day.
- Getting Dressed – Getting dressed is an expression of self-love. It makes you feel great about yourself. It makes you confident and indulging in such an activity makes you invest time in yourself too. In a fast-running life, we oftentimes do not take care of ourselves. Small steps make for bigger changes. Loving yourself and cherishing evry bit of life comes with maintaining healthy habits and making a few changes here and there.
