You can use dining chairs and stools for doing triceps dips and push-ups. Triceps dips help in strengthening the muscles behind your upper arm. It also improves stability and flexibility. You should balance on your heels and keep your legs straight while dipping till your arms are at a 90-degree angle.
· Water bottles
You can use water bottles to perform squats. Just hold the bottle in your hand and extend them out as far as you can while you do your dips. It helps in keeping the center of gravity aligned.
· Detergents bottles
You can perform arm kettlebell Arnold press. It trains your whole body and is good for cardio and muscle building. You can hold the detergent bottle in your hand and perform swing-squats also.
· Door frame
You can use the door frame for performing burpees. Burpees is an amazing exercise as it trains both upper and lower bodies simultaneously. Starting with push-ups, bring your feet towards your hands on the ground. Now jump up with stretched arms and touch the door frame. Return to the ground again. Repeat this process 5-10 times.
· Vacuum cleaner
You can now workout while cleaning your home. Vacuum cleaners could be used for lunges. You should make sure while performing lunges that you maintain a 90-degree angle between your legs and thighs.
