1. Trim your hairs regularly.
As your hairs start to grow longer, they are prone to damage and cause split ends, which stops the further growth of the hair. So, you should trim them regularly.
2. Do not rub your hair with a towel.
If you use a towel to dry your hair, then you are making a big mistake as rubbing hair with a towel causes spilled ends.
3. You should use the right hairbrush.
For brushing your hair, you should always use a brush that has a soft bristle as they minimize friction and breakage.
4. Reduce the frequency of shampooing your hair.
Excess shampoo may cause to damage your scalp by removing oils in excess quantity and making your scalp dry. Hence it is advisable to not shampoo your hair more than twice a week.
5. Do not tie your hair tightly.
Tying your hair tightly does not let your hair breathe. It may also result in damaging your scalp by receding it which will cause hair fall.
6. You should oil your hair twice a week.
Due to stress and pollution hair become weak and require proper nourishment. Oils nourish the hairs and make them strong and healthy. You should apply hair oil one night prior to hair wash so that it can penetrate and nourish deep inside your hair.
