Summer is here to drain out all our energy. With summer, sweat and skin problems come and if you live in India you surely know what I’m talking about. We desperately wait for the Monsoon to come but before that, we have to face this anyway. How could we protect ourselves from this scorching heat?
Here are some tips to follow if you want to maintain ease this summer!
- Stay Hydrated
It is equally important to stay hydrated from the inside, so your body can compensate for all the other lost fluid due to sweating. Always keep a water bottle with you if you are going out and drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. During summer you can enjoy refreshing fruit drinks commonly available in India.
- Wear light and loose clothes
Our body sweats so much during summers that the worst choice anyone could make during summer is to wear dark and tight-fitted clothes that don’t allow sweat to absorb it.
We should always go for light, loose, and cotton clothes during summers that allow sweat to evaporate.

- Showering is the solution
If you are coming home after spending a long day in the sun or going out in the first place then showering with cold water is the best choice. Choose a refreshing body wash that will keep you hydrated and cool throughout the day.
- Use a Hair spray
If you are a healthy hair enthusiast, you know how heat can damage your hairs right? A hat cannot properly protect all your hair from heat. Use a heat-resistant hair spray on your hair if you are going out in the sun to protect your hair from getting dry and damaged.
Â
- Use a sunscreen
UV Rays that are a part of Sunrays are going to damage your skin. Various skin problems like melasma, sunburns can cause a lot of problems. Sunscreen should be mandatory to apply not only during summers but in the daytime too. They provide a barrier against UV Rays to protect your skin.
