Always remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It will give you much-needed energy. So dump the food from last night and make something fresh. Have a glass of warm water, honey, and lemon. This potion also helps to reduce the extra calories.

Just 5 mins of exercise are enough to start your day. This will aid you to get into the mood to go through the day. Again, meditation is also something that helps a lot of people. The light ones will do the needful.

But of course, it is not always possible to maintain strict timings but try to complete the work closer to the time allotted.

Books are the water to your brain. Choose the ones that will motivate you. This way you will be more focused on your goals. If you think you cant take out time for reading, go through motivational quotes. Write them down in your diary and read them aloud.
