The Limited Wonder Woman collection from Sugar Cosmetics, launched on the auspicious occasion of Women’s Day on the 8th of March manifests that “Every Woman is a Wonder Woman”. The marvelous collection in blue, red, and gold personify the qualities of Wonder Woman. The blue represents peace and serenity, red represents love and passion, and lastly, the gold represents her gold armor and her fighting spirit. Just like the packaging, the products in this collection too impel us to create looks that ignite our inner superwoman who is fierce, bold, loving, and notably a warrior in every situation.
The collection consists of 10 Lip Lacquers, 10 Everlasting Matte Lipsticks, 10 Creamy Matte Lipsticks and 2 Face Palettes. Sugar products are paraben-free, cruelty-free, and vegan! This makes it very popular and convenient for all. All the products are affordable and very pigmented as well.
Let’s talk about the products in the Collection –
· Wonder Woman 24 HR Lip Lacquer: This lip lacquer claims that it can stay up to 24 hours. The application is smooth but because it a completely matte super stay formula it is very drying on the lips. So make sure to exfoliate and moisturize your lips nicely before application. The wand is quite long and it has a reservoir tip applicator. This applicator makes it ideal as you only require one stroke. There are 10 shades available in this and the colors range from bold red like 02,05 and 06. Apart from this, some beautiful pink and mauve nude shades are 03,07 and 09.
· Wonder Woman Creamy Matte Lipstick: Creamy matte lipsticks are really good especially for beginners because they are very smooth and moisturizing and do not chap the lips. There are 10 shades available in this range. 05 and 08 are beautiful bridal red shades and 04 is the most beautiful pink nude. Apart from these shades, other shades are more on the mauve tone. For people who like purple on the lips, 03 and 07 are a must-try!
· Wonder Woman Everlasting Matte Lipstick: The formula of this is more mattifying than the creamy matte. It is great for everyday application as it is transfer-proof plus it does not strip your lips of moisture. The application is smooth and the price is affordable. The shades in this range comprise browns like 07,09 and 10, purples like 02 and 06, corals like 04 and 08. This range has more variety of hues and you would surely find your favorite.
· Wonder Woman Mixed Palette - 01 Cosmos Conquerer: This mixed palette has one blush, one highlighter, and six eyeshadows along with two brushes. The bronzer is for a cooler skin tone, blush is a light peach one and looks natural and the highlighter is on the silver side. Out of the six eyeshadows, five are shimmer and one is a matte base shade. All shades are highly pigmented and the formula is great. It is ideal for lighter skin tones and great if you have cooler undertones.
· Wonder Woman Mixed Palette - 02 Primal President: This mixed palette again has one blush, one highlighter, and six eyeshadows along with two brushes. The bronzer for this is a deeper brown, blush is a coral peach that is slightly darker than the blush from the first palette but still looks very natural and the highlighter is golden. It has beautiful eyeshadows that are on the pink and mauvy side making it apt for the wedding season. This palette would suit all Indian skin tones and can be your go-to palette for functions.
