Emilia Clarke or Daenerys Targaryen as many recognize her by this iconic character which she played in the Game of Thrones (2011-2019). She has worked in over 10 movies and TV series, but her role as the Mother of Dragons is what brought her in limelight.
While we appreciate her for all the versatile roles she has done so far and portrayed the characters beautifully, we can’t overlook the fact that apart from her outstanding talent, the actress has an eye for gorgeous outfits as well. Be it a casual look or a red carpet look, Emilia slays them all.
So here we present our pick of outfits donned by Emilia Clarke for red carpet appearances:
- THE LAST CHRISTMAS PREMIERE
You can't compliment this outfit enough. Or maybe it's just Emilia who manages to flaunt all of her outfits so well. Whatever the case is we are all up for the praises. Back then for the New York City premiere of the film, Clarke went for festive vibes in a purple, sparkly, Maison Valentino sequined gown looking ravishing. She had a matchy-matchy moment this day because all her accessories, heels and even her nail paint was screaming the color purple. What a beautiful color purple is! Right?
- THE LAST CHRISTMAS PROMOTION IN LONDON
Promoting her film, Last Christmas in her city London, Clarke wore an oversized tan suit paired with beige heels. We don't see female celebrities wearing suits often and this is a perfect example of why women should wear more suits and tuxedos. She carried her suit better than a lot of men out there wouldn't you say so?
As for hair, she had her hair parted in the middle and since she had short hair at that time, she kept them open. She decided to opt for nude pointed-toe heels perfectly complimenting her tanned outfit.
- CLARKE AT THE 2019 EMMY AWARDS
This one time, the Game Of Thrones star wowed on the red carpet at the glitzy 2019 Primetime Emmy's in navy Valentino haute couture. This is one of her most talked-about outfits and after the show, she was the talk of the town, and many labeled her as the best-dressed artist as well. Going bold this time, Emilia chose the perfect dress in terms of color as well as sexiness. She had her hair parted in the middle, something she does often, and kept them straight and switched over to one side.
- SOLO PREMIERE
For the LA premiere of Solo, Clarke wore an off-the-shoulder, floral print Valentino maroon gown. While we cannot deny how gorgeous Emilia looks in all of her outfits, this is one of my personal favorites. Just as simple as the gown looks, it matches perfectly with Emilia's soft features. She kept the makeup simple and elegant by applying a nude lip shade. As for accessories, she can be seen wearing a couple of rings on both her hands as well as earrings for a piece of jewelry.
- CLARKE AT THE GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS
This is what Emilia wore for attending the HBO afterparty. The actress looked stunning in a tulle midi dress perfectly emblazoned with bold floral prints. She paired the dress with golden strap heels perfectly complimenting her outfit.
Her hair was kept simple in a sleek pushed-back hairstyle drawing attention to her face. As for makeup, she kept it minimal by dusting slight shimmers as her eyeshadow and a gorgeous red lipstick in which she's often spotted.
